SUMMER RECESS OF COMMONS
SESSION TO BEGIN ON NOVEMBER 1 (BRITISH OFFICIAL WIRELKSS.) RUGBY, July 27. Mr Chamberlain announced in the House of Commoi "> that the Government proposed that the House should reassemble after the summer recess on November 1. It was expected that Parliament would be prorogued during the following week and that His Majesty would open the new session on November 8.
