♦ . CONSOLIDATING SET ISSUED (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, July 28. The Gazette contains the Dairy Produce Regulations, 1938. These regulations, which will come into force on August 1, revoke all former regulations under the Dairy Industry Act, 1908, governing the production, manufacture, branding, wrapping, packing, grading, and export of dairy produce, and re-enact them in a consolidating set of regulations with certain amendments.
