SABOTAGE AT OTTAWA LEGISLATURE
* (Received July 27, 8 p.m.) OTTAWA, July 26. The lighting system of the legislative buildings has been crippled by a saboteur throwing sand into the generators and smashing the armatures with a sledge hammer. Entrance to the power-house was gained at midnight by a false key during the watchman’s meal hour.
