Mrs R. Cox, who has been spending a holiday in Rotorua, will return to Christchurch for race week, and will stay with her sister, Mrs P. Walsh, Worcester street. Mr and Mrs J. Prendergast (St. Albans), who have been spending a holiday in North Auckland, will return to Christchurch this morning. Miss Ratahi Parker and Mr Cyril Parker (Holbrook station) will be the guests of their aunt, Mrs Cuthbert Meares (Fendalton), for Grand National week.. Mrs L. Cooper (Ashburton) is visiting her sister, Mrs C. J. Campbell, Stratford. Mrs M. Comerford and Miss Vivienne Comerford (Sumner) and Mrs Cyril Stringer and family (Murray place) will leave towards the end of the. week for a short visit to Tekapo.
