CONSPIRACY CHARGE IN SYDNEY
CAMPBELL AND OTHERS AGAIN REMANDED SYDNEY, June 24. In the Sydney Court yesterday Eric Campbell, aged 45, solicitor, the former leader of the New Guard, Brigadier-General Herbert William Lloyd, aged 54, member for Mosman in the Legislative Assembly, and Richard Arthur Duesbury, accountant, were further remanded until July 4. They are charged with conspiring to defraud Dumonier Laboratories, Ltd., and others of large sums of money.
