PARLIAMENTARY REFORM IN JAPAN
SPECIAL COMMISSION TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS (Received June 22, 5.5 p.m.) TOKYO, June 21. The Prime Minister (Prince iKonoye) has asked a special commission to prepare recommendations by December for the reform of the Parliamentary system and the election law.
