HORNBY CLUB’S ANNUAL MEETING The annual meeting of the Hornby Bowling Club was held at Hornby. The statement of accounts showed a satisfactory credit balance for the year. Two resignations were accepted with regret. The following officers were elected:— Patron, Mr James Bailey; president. Mr J. Frogley; vice-presidents, Messrs McNeil and Schroeder; secretary, Mr J. Allen: centre delegate, Mr G. Bailey; green superintendent, Mr J. Allen; sole selector, Mr D. Mackie; committee, Messrs Parker, Pearce. Grant, and Crawford. ' A meeting will be held soon to adopt club colours for blazers.
