——♦ NEW ZEALAND CHAMPIONSHIPS DECIDED (I’RESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WANGANUI,' June 3. Two New Zealand championships were decided at the North Island sheep dog trials at Paparangi to-day. The weather was again ideal. Results;— New Zealand Championship, long head— Frazer Smith’s (Awakino) Highland King, 90 points, 1; Donald McLean’s (Takapau) Scott, 89. 2; W. J. McGaveston's (Walpukurau) Zoe, 88i, 3. , New Zealand Championship, short head and yard—W. J. McGaveston’s (Waipukurau) Zoe, Jl3 points, 1; M. A. Matheson’s (Middlemarch) Scott, 110, 2; W. Thom’s (Hastings) Kempt, 109 J, 3, North Island Championship, short head and yard—E. G. Rutherford’s (Parnassus) Star, 58i points. 1; M. A. Matheson’s (Middlemarch) Scott, 58, 2; J. McL. Harvey’s (Hawke’s Bay) Don Don, 57J, 3.
