. PALMERSTON NORTH. April 23. In the semi-finals of the New Zealand autumn foursomes, Mesdames field and Speechley (Manawatu) beat Miss Grlffen and Mrs Monkman (Hutt), Misses Jefferd and Davies (Hawke’s Bay) beat Mrs Martin and Miss Plaice (Walrarapa).
