THE CITY COUNCIL ELECTIONS
MR B. AHLFELD TO STAND AS INDEPENDENT Mr B. Ahlfeld has announced his decision to contest the City Council elections in May as an Independent. Mr Ahlfeld said yesterday that he had made this decision after he had been asked to stand by a number of his supporters. Recently Mr Ahlfeld announced his decision to contest the parliamentary elections this year, for the Kaiapoi seat, as an Independent.
