BOMBING OF STEAMER
BRITAIN’S NOTE TO GENERAL FRANCO FIRMER ATTITUDE TAKEN

LONDON, February 27. “The Times” says that Great Britain has sent General Franco a second Note about the bombing of the British steamer Alcira by insurgent adßoplanes. It is understood that the Note fulfils the ‘.♦cent statement of the Prime Minister (Mr Neville Chamberlain > that he would take a firmer ettitude if General Franco’s reply v? 9* unsatisfactory.
