FASCIST RUMANIA
CONSTITUTION SIGNED BY KING CAROL BUCHAREST, February 27. King Carol, before a distinguished assembly, signed the new constitution under which Rumania becomes a “co-operative” State on Fascist lines. King Carol emphasised that the individual rights of citizens were intact, but that they involved a duty to the State.
