BARCELONA, February 27.
Senor Juan Negrin (Prime Minister of Spain) declared in a broadcast that the civil war continued in Spain because the European nations desired it, to continue. He added: "In spite of the capture of Teruel the Republicans will win the war. At present they are making more aeroplanes and munitions inside loyalist Spain than anyone dreamt possible; but the fullest support is essential to counter the Italian and German supplies reaching General Franco."
