Wrestling at the Leichhardt Stadium in a supporting bout, Rodgers beat Garn*r (New Zealand) by one fall to nil. PICNIC AT TAI TAPU ♦ : The last social gathering of th* Rotary conference was a picnic, held at the property of Sir R. Heaton Rhodes, at Tai* Tapu, on Saturday, about 300 persons being present. Tha visitors spent an enjoyable day in the grounds, and during the afternoon items were given by the Woolston Band, and games were played.
