SALE OR LEASE BY TENDER. rpHE PUBLIC TRUSTEE, as Executor "■ of the will of James Patrick O'Malley, deceased, invites alternative tenders for:— (a) The purchase of the goodwill buildings, and furnishings (including lemonade plant) of the Otira Hotel, together with the unexpired xeriod of the RailwayLease of the land on which the said Hotel is erected and the unexpired term of an Occupation Lease in respect of an adjacent section of land. (b) The lease for a period of five years of the said lands, buildings, and furnishings. The hotel is situate close to the Railway Station at Otira and contains li rooms, dining room, smoking room, bar parlour, kitchen, etc., and is fitted with electric light, hot water system, and drainage. The hotel is a popular one with tourists and all travellers between the East and West Coasts. Stock in trade is the property of the present lessee, but arrangements may be made to purchase this at valuation. Conditions of Tender may be inspected at and further particulars obtained from the Public Trust Offices at Christchurch, Wellington, and Greymouth. A deposit of 10 per cent, must accompany each tender. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Tenders close at NOON on the 3rd MARCH, 1938, at the Office of the District Public Trustee, Chiistchurch, to whom tenders are to be addressed enclosed in sealed envelopes and marked "Tender for Purchase (or Lease) of the Otira Hotel."
