EXECUTION OF SOVIET ADMIRAL
LONDON, February 23. The Moscow correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” states that the Commissar for Defence (M. Voroshilov) has revealed that Admiral Sivkov, the commander of the Baltic fleet, was among “the traitors and spies who were wiped off the face of the earth.” He added that the execution of traitors had greatly strengthened the armed forces.
