FOOD FOR BRITAIN IN WAR TIME
* (Received February 24, 8.10 p.m.) LONDON, February 24. Mr Hector C. Bywater, naval correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph,” says that the Navy has completed plans for the maintenance of essential food supplies in war time. The plans, he says, are adequate for. any contingency.
