CANTERBURY TEAMS FOR THE SOUTH Mr T. W, Reese, president of the Canterbury Cricket Association, will accompany the association’s team travelling to Timaru on Saturday, as representative of the association, and Mr R W. Coupland, who will captain the team going to Ashburton, will act in a similar capacity for that team. Mr Coupland is a member of the management committee of the association. Both teams will leave Christchurch early to-morrow morning.

For Bakers, Matthews took three wickets for 34 runs, and G. Cotton two for 19. Bowling for “The Press,” Brittenden took three for 32.
