Mr G. W. D. Mulgan, a brother of Mr A. E. Mulgan, of the National Broadcasting Service, arrived in Wellington on the Remuera on Saturday morning, intending to tour New Zealand for seven weeks by car. Mr Mulgan, who is a barrister, is making his first visit to New Zealand after 21 years' absence. He formerly lived in Auckland and Christchurch.
