TO TUB EDITOR OF TUB rRF.S3. Sir.—Could you or any reader give me the answers to the following questions: (1) Can an employer keep any wages from a farm or station hand if he leaves without a week's notice? If so, what is the maximum amount the employe? has to forfeit? (2) How long does a man (or boy) have to be employed before he can claim holiday wages, and to what amount is he entitled?
(3) Is it compulsory for holiday money to be paid before an employee has his holiday?— Yours, etc.. LEAVING SOON. January 19, 1938.
