FRONTIER CLASH IN RUSSIA
Guards Killed By Estonians , CAPTURE OF FISHERMEN RESISTED (UNITED PRESP ASSOCIATION —COPVRIGHT.) (Received January 21, 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, January 21. A skirmish between Estonian and Soviet guards resulted in two Soviet soldiers being killed and one wounded, says the' Riga corresponded of "The Times." The frontier traversed an icebound lake where the boundary is clearly marked by stakes. On several occasions members of the Soviet Guard have crossed the line and forced Estonian fisherrn*en to the Soviet shore, where they were interrogated. This time the Soviet soldiers tried to capture 15 Estonians, but Estonian guards appeared and fired in the air. The Soviet guards returned the fire, whereupon the Estonians inflicted the casualties.
