ALLEGATIONS 1 ROME, January 20. Replying to the recent Russian decision to suspend payments to rtalian firms and organisations dealing commercially with the Soviet, the Foreign Office denies that Italy is indebted to Russia. On the contrary, it is stated, Russia owes Italy several million lire, due on the current supply of oil by- F products. . . . . F * The Russian decision, it is said, is an expedient under which she ad- - mits insolvency to Italy.
