WOOL STORE WORKERS' STRIKE

NO DEVELOPMENTS AT NAPIER NAPIER, January 20. The Napier wool store workers' strike continued to-day. There were no fresh developments. A representative of the men denied that they were awaiting advice from Wellington. The coastal vessel Pukeko is due to load 750 dumped bales for Auckland tomorrow. The cargo is lying in the stores at Ahuriri, and it is improbable that the shipment will go forward.

The Awahou will arrive on Monday with 800 bales of wool from Hicks Bay and Tokomaru Bay.
