GIFT PARTY

A pleasant evening party, at which games, competitions, and musical items were enjoyed, was held at the home of Miss Beryl Emmett, North parade, Shirley, in honour of the approaching marriage of Miss Freda Judkins to Mr Leslie Strong. Prizes were won by Miss I. Pawson and Mr F. Judkins. and sonfrs and duets were sung by Miss F. Judkins, Mr L. Strong, and Mr D. Stanley. The guest of honour received many useful pantry gifts.
