ARMISTICE SERVICE AT NEW BRIGHTON
Members of the New Brighton subbranch of the Returned Soldiers' Association, under the president, Mr A. E. Nesbitt, the Mayor, Mr E. L. Smith, Cr. H. Ardern, and the Town Clerk, Mr C. T. Middleton, headed by the New Brighton Municipal Band, under the conductor, Mr J. A." Nuttall, marched from the Clock Tower yesterday morning to attend an Armistice service in the Methodist Church.
