INTOXICATED DRIVER FINED £5
(P&E9B ASSOCIATION TKLXOKAV.) WHANGAREI, November 8. Becoming involved in an accident and then an argument, William Rika, a farmer, of Pakotai, went to lodge a complaint at the Whangarei Police Station, and this morning found himself in the Magistrate’s Court, charged with being intoxicated in charge of a car on Friday. . „ Mr G N. Morris, S.M., fined Rika £5 and cancelled his driving licence for 18 months.
