SULPHUR FOR INSOMNIA
TO THK BDITO* Of IBM PBBSS. Sir,—ln reply to "Insomnia" I found sulphur baths good for a rundown condition. Sulphur is cheap. The patient should have plenty of rest and fresh air and should not become overtired. Then sleep will come naturally. Foods rich in calcium, such as milk, wholemeal bread, raw and cooked greens, etc., should be eaten.—Yours, etc., FLORA A. SMITH. Darfield, September 10, 1937.
