JAPANESE CABINET
WAR AND NAVY MINISTERS RETAIN POSTS (Received June 5, 12.45 a.m.) TOKYO, June 4. The Cabinet formed by Prince Konoye, who was commanded by the Emperor to form a Government on the resignation of General Hayashi, has been sworn in. General Sugiyama and Admiral Mitsumasa Yonai retain respectively the portfolios of war and the navy. A third appointment was announced yesterday, that of Mr K. Hirota to the portfolio of foreign affairs.
