CHEVIOT CROQUET CLUB
TROPHIES PRESENTED ON CLOSING DAY Members of the Cheviot Croquet Club closed a very successful season on Saturday last, in ideal weather. Mrs R. G. Archer thanked members for their support, and for the interest taken in the competitions played during the year. Mrs Widdup was presented with a beautiful bouquet of flowers made by Mrs C. Dalgety. Winners of competitions received their trophies, which were presented by Mi's Archer. The list of trophy winners is as follows:—First class open, B. Skinner; second class open, Mrs W. Hughes; first plass open, L. Cone; second class open, Mrs L. Burnett; most improved player, Mrs M. F. McKnight; knock-out competition. Miss McCamm; maypole competition, Mrs L. Spanger.
