Yesterday the steamer express Wahine was the only commissioned ship in port. Heavy rain delayed shipping at Wellington yesterday. The Holmdale is to take in cargo here to-day for Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui. The Waikouaiti was timed to sail from Timaru lata last night for Lyttelton, but her departure was doubtful. The Storm, due here on Tuesday from Timaru. will load and sail for Wellington and Wanganui. The Port Whangarei la expected to load here on Monday for Wellington, New Plymouth, and Waikato. The Trelyon Is due at Lyttelton to-mor-row from Wellington to continue discharge of her cargo of newsprint from Liverpool, Nova Scotia. REMUERA EARLIER The New Zealand Shipping Company’s liner Remuera is now due at Wellington to-day from Napier to complete her Homeward loading.
