MILK IN SCHOOLS
TO TH3 EDITOR OF THE PRESS
Sir,—Your correspondent, Mr H. Bliss, is apparently under the impression that there is an undue amount of sickness amongst the pupils of pur primary schools. This impression exists only in the imagination of my friend, as it cannot be verified by Surely, as an old school committeeman, Mr Bliss knows that the supervision of our headmasters is excellent, and I have found that the milk in schools scheme is just as keenly administered aii any other department of school activity. Mr Bliss can be assured that the children are receiving “clean, wholesome milk,” subject to the strictest inspection and from reports received, it is thoroughly enjoyed by the thousands receiving itYours. etc.. jjutTALL.
