SEARCH FOR FORMULA TO SUIT GERMANY
(Received April 30, 5.5 p.m.) BRUSSELS, April 29. The Foreign Minister (M. Paul Spaak), announcing the terms of the Anglo-French declaration in the Chamber of Deputies, said Belgium sought nothing but peace. He added: "We know our task will not be ended until a formula to which Germany will subscribe has been found."
