PICTURE THEATRE CLAIM
■ RESCISSION OF AGREEMENT ASKED
(press association telegram.) WELLINGTON, April 30. The evidence having been concluded yesterday afternoon, legal argument was taken in the Supreme Court today in the case in which the Masterton Picture and Entertainment Company, Ltd., proceeded against William Robert Kemball, company director, of Wellington. The company claimed the rescission of an alleged agreement between it and the defendant, a director of the company.at the time, under which the company took 10,000 £1 shares in the Majestic Theatre (Wellington), Ltd. It also sought repayment of the £IO,OOO paid, or £IO,OOO damages. Decision was reserved.
