DRUNKEN TAXI DRIVER
GAOL SENTENCE AND LICENCE CANCELLED (press association telegram.) WAIROA, April 30. On a charge of being intoxicated while in charge of a car and driving in a manner dangerous to the public, Dudley Storey, a taxi-driver, aged 24, was sentenced to one month's imprisonment by Mr W. Walton, S.M., and his licence was cancelled for three years. Storey was convicted of being intoxicated in charge five months ago.
