MALE VOICE CHOIR CONCERT

The concert to be given by the Male Voice Choir on Thursday evening at the Radiant Hall promises an interesting and varied selection of works of every century from the sixteenth onwards. The fresh and sprightly madri-, gal by Morley, "Round Around About a Wood," in the best Elizabethan style opens the programme. Very different is the vigorous "Sailors' Chorus", from Wagner's "Flying Dutchman." The choir's main item, however, is the cantata, "The Longbeards' Saga," a very expressive work in the best nineteenth century English style. Miss Lillian Hanham (soprano) will sing songs by Handel.
