BALLET SEASON CONCLUDED

PERFORMANCE AT TIMARU THIS EVENING The final performances of the Hussion ballet for the Christchurch season were given yesterday at the Theatre Royal in the afternoon and evening. Four ballets were included in the programme. "The Spectre of The Rose," "The Beautiful Danube," "The School for Ballet" and "The Hundred Kisses." Crowded houses have viewed all performances and the season has been one of the most successful for theatrical productions staged in Christchurcri. Today the company will leave by special train for the south and this evening they will give a performance in Timaru. On Friday they will continue on to Oamaru and Dunedin before returning for another, tour of Australia, beginning at Brisbane, and embracing all the principal cities.
