DR. HIGHT'S REMARKS IN SYDNEY SYDNEY, February 13. Dr. J. Hight, rector of Canterbury University College, who is on his way to the Universities' Conference at Adelaide, said that the financial difficulties of the university colleges were causing the authorities much anxiety. . „ "For some years our colleges have been in need of money," said Dr. Hight, "but things are now improving a little, as the present Government is' very sympathetic towards education." ■
