Mr Young said that as it was tM last occasion Mr McEldowney wouia be present at the* Children's Court at the capacity of honorary child welfare officer, he would like to express. on Dehalf of his colleagues and himself, tneir gratitude to Mr McEldowney for nu assistance. During the 10 years he nao been in office. Mr McEldowney nao been of great assistance to boys—help* ing them to form helpful associations. Mr McEldowney. in reply, said: * feel that the Childrens Court as ai nresent constituted is in the hands « responsible people, and I feel that ws spirit of the organisation has been carried out by this court."
