CONSPIRACY CHARGE AGAINST WOMAN

LOS ANGELES, January 28,
Mr Joseph Painter, counsel for Mrs Violet Norton/who is charged with conspiracy in attempting to obtain money from Clark Gable, the film actor, by alleging that he was the father of her 13-year-old daughter, announced that he would demand a blood test to determine if Gable was the father of the girl. He said that he would withdraw from the case if the test absolved the ac^or.
