U.S. AUTOMOBILE WORKERS’ STRIKE

DETROIT, January 29,
The automobile strike situation is more tense. General Motors Corporation has filed a petition at the circuit court at Flint, resuming the attempt to have the strikers ousted from the plants.
Judge Gadola has signed an order that Mr Homer Martin (president of the Automobile Workers’ Union) and 30 other officers of the union must show cause why an injunction was not issued to compel the men to vacate the plants.
