FEILDING, January 29,
The Governor-General (Lord Galway) paid his first visit to Feilding to-day, being welcomed in Manchester square by the Mayor, councillors, and citizens of the town and the district. His Excellency expressed thanks for the warmth of the welcome. Later he visited the large weekly stof:k sale at the saleyards, after which he attended a civic luncheon. He motored then to points of interest in the district.
Lord Galway is the guest of Mr R. L. Levin, “Westella,” Feilding.
