WILL STOP EVERY KNOWN GAS
BRITISH MASKS ' FOR CIVILIANS (BRITISH OFFICIAL WIRELESS.) RUGBY, January 13. Speaking at Blackburn at the opening of the first factory for the assembly of gas masks for the civilian population, the Under-Secre-tary to the Home Office (Mr Geoffrey Lloyd) said that the masks would stop every poison gas known to the Government which could be used in war, and if ever they were needed they would be issued free of charge to everyone in danger.
