PEIPING MURDER
MEN DETAINED BY POLICE PEIPING, January 12. Inspector Botham, of the Tientsin British police, and formerly of Scotland Yard, has detained men whose nationality has not been revealed on a charge concerning the murder of Pamela Werner. A search of a man’s house allegedly revealed shoes, apparently bloodstained, also a dagger with a bloodstained sheath, and a bloodstained handkerchief.
