Morgan, S.M., a boy who was charged with the theft of money was placed under the supervision of the child welfare officer for two years. A second boy, who had stolen a bicycle, was ordered to come up for sentence in July, On a charge of holding on to a car in motion while riding a bicycle, a third lad was admonished and discharged. A fine of 5s was imposed on another boy for riding a motor-cycle without a license.
