AEROPLANE FORCED DOWN
0 SHORTAGE OF FUEL (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, December 25. Running short of fuel a Wellington Aero Club Moth aeroplane, piloted by H. J. Courtenay, made a forced landing on the beach at Cape Campbell. The undercarriage was smashed but the pilot was uninjured.
