STRIKE SETTLED IN DETROIT
—- (Received December 25, 11.80 p.m.) DETROIT, December 24. The strike in the Kelsey wheel plant has ended in an agreement under which the strikers Will receive an increased minimum wage. This is expected to end the difficulties of the Eord Company in obtaining brake drums.
