# (press association telegram.) DUNEDIN, December 24. The value of building permits issued by the City Council this year is £434,830, this total being £IOO,OOO more than last year. The figures do not include the new Post Office or the additions to the hospital, permits for which are not handled by the Dunedin City Corporation.
