SIR AUSTEN CHAMBERLAIN'S TRIBUTE (BRITISH OFFICIAL WIBELESS.) RUGBY, December 22. Sir Austen Chamberlain, speaking at Birmingham, paid a tribute to the Foreign Secretary (Mr R. A. Eden) for the courageous, patient, and most strenuous stand which the Foreign Secretary had taken during his tenure of a most difficult office.
