PROVINCIAL TITLES DRAW FOR TO-MORROW'S MATCHES Promising to be the most interesting provincial tournament held in Christchurch for many years, the Canterbury Lawn Tennis Association's championship and handicap tourney will open at Wilding Park to-morrow afternoon with an entry that includes the great majority of the Dominion's leading players. In numbers the entries far exceed any of recent seasons, and in standard it is probable that they have never been equalled. The entry for the championship events includes the following New Zealand ranked players :—Men: C. Angas (Canterbury), the defending champion, N. G. Sturt (Auckland), D. C. Coombe, N. F. N. Bedford (Wellington), A. D. Brown (Auckland), J. C. Charters (Wellington), and H. A. Barnett, H. Dymond, and A. R. Cant (Canterbury). Women: Misses D. Nicholls (Wellington), N. Beverley (Waikato), T. Poole (Canterbury), the defending champion, I. Poole (Canterbury), J. Ramsay (Auckland), and N. Bishop (Canterbury). In addition there are many young players of great ability from all parts of New Zealand. The following are the matches to be played to-morrow afternoon: — 2 P.M. Men's Championship Singles—E. A.
