AIR RAID PROTECTION IN ITALY
♦ INSTRUCTIONS FOR BUILDING OF HOUSES (Received December 22, 11.20 p.m.) ROME, December 21. A decree compels all houses built in future in Italy to include adequate air raid shelter for accommodating the occupants. The refuge must be at least six feet high, with cement walls five inches thick.
